Are you interested in obtaining David’s permission to download and use his artwork in something you create and reproduce? We hope the information below can help!

Who Owns the Copyright?

David Arms is the owner of the copyright to all of his artwork. This includes the right to reproduce, distribute and modify the work. He regularly receives requests for permission to use his artwork on personal or nonprofit projects like articles, flyers, videos, slideshows, etc.

How do I request permission?

The best way to request permission is through a written request, in either hardcopy or digital form. We have provided the digital form below to make this as easy as possible! Simply fill out the form and we will reply to you within 3-5 business days (usually much sooner).

Copyright Permission Request Form

  • Please describe the exact nature of the use, including form of distribution and whether the material will be sold.
  • A picture or scanned image/photocopy is acceptable.
    Max. file size: 22 MB.
  • Please describe the number of copies you wish to make. You can estimate a "range" of numbers as well (i.e. 200-400, etc.)
  • The term is the "length of time" for which you are requesting permission to use a work in your material.
  • For example, is this a published digital piece available worldwide, or perhaps a printed flyer only requested for your church or local event, etc.?
  • What is the size of your anticipated audience for this request? An estimate is acceptable.
  • Anything else you'd like to say to David?
