Scent can be transporting, comforting, or for me, an indicator that I am home. For years I have combined scents in my studio that capture the essence of the place. Then, when opening the gallery, I carried the same scent forward knowing I wanted to create the same essence that had been captured in my studio. Earthy, yet clean. Warm and inviting. With a combination of patchouli, sandalwood and a touch of citrus, it has become my trademark scent. After many requests, I began offering it in the form of candles, room spray and reed diffusers – appropriately named “studio”.
