Scent can be transporting, comforting, or for me, an indicator that I am home. For years I have combined scents in my studio that capture the essence of the place. Then, when opening the gallery, I carried the same scent forward knowing I wanted to create the same essence that had been captured in my studio. Earthy, yet clean. With a combination of patchouli, sandalwood and a touch of citrus, it has become my trademark scent. After many requests, I began offering it in the form of candles, room spray and reed diffusers – appropriately named “studio”.
For years I’ve been asked what the scent is in the studio where I paint. Until now it’s been a mix of things I love. I am happy to offer it to you here. Available in a candle or a spray. Earthy and clean. Warm and inviting.
